Electric juicers make noise while the motor drives the juicing mechanism and the machine processes produce. The sound depends on the design, operating setting and ingredients. A sudden increase in noise or strong vibration is different from normal operation and should be checked rather than ignored.
Why the Design Matters
Centrifugal juicers use a spinning cutting and filtering assembly, while slow juicers use an auger to press produce. These mechanisms sound different, but neither the motor’s wattage nor its speed is a complete noise rating.
Do not assume that more expensive machines are always quieter, that newer machines are always quieter, or that one type has fewer moving parts in every design. A manual press has no electric motor, but that does not make every part of using it silent.
Check Excessive Noise Safely
The Breville BJE830 manual says to stop the machine if it develops excessive noise, shaking or vibration. Let the filter stop, unplug it, and follow the cleaning and reassembly instructions. Do not reach into a running juicer or keep using a damaged filter basket.
Use the specified speed and food preparation method. If unusual noise continues after the checks in your manual, stop using the machine and contact support. Do not cover the motor or block ventilation in an attempt to muffle it.
Breville: Cold and Cold XL Are Different Models
The US Juice Fountain Cold BJE430 is listed at 850 watts. It should not be confused with the Cold XL BJE830, which has a Quiet setting and manufacturer-described noise-reduction features. Follow the XL’s speed guide for the produce you are juicing; a quiet setting is not necessarily the right setting for every ingredient.
These specifications do not establish that either model sounds like a microwave. Compare the exact model rather than combining features from different Juice Fountain products.

Omega: Identify the Model
Omega sells different slow-juicer models, so find the full model number before comparing speed, power or noise claims. Its manual library is organized by model. Do not apply a specification from one nutrition-system juicer to every Omega machine.
A manufacturer’s claim of quieter operation is not a guarantee that the machine will be inaudible in another room or suitable for every sleeping household. Compare any measured noise under equivalent conditions rather than treating wattage or RPM as a sound rating.

Aeitto and Other Quiet-Juicer Claims
An unspecified Aeitto model cannot be meaningfully compared with a named Breville or Omega machine. Find the model number and any published noise measurement before relying on a “quiet” claim. If a seller provides decibels, check whether it explains the distance, operating mode and test conditions.
Choose according to the ingredients you use, cleaning requirements and supported features as well as noise. A low motor speed is not a promise of higher yield, completely pulp-free juice or a particular sound level.
